Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving virtualization issues.- Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization.- Hands-on experience in implementing virtualization solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
