Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead a team of software developers- Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among team members- Manage and prioritize tasks and deliverables Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes- Experience in developing and configuring software systems- Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development- Hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering- This position is based at our Chennai office- A BE degree is required
