Analytics ReportingKey Responsibilities-Analyze data from Kronos workforce management and HR systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.-Design and develop dataviews, reports based on business requirements using analytics to communicate key insights to customers.-Apply strategic analytics to workforce data to forecast future workforce needs, optimize scheduling, and reduce labor costs.-Ability to understand the core analytics concepts:Data Source, Mapping Categories, Metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). -Create effective metrics and KPIs for use in dataviews and reports and fully configure analytics data analysis components.
Technical Experience -Minimum of 6+years of experience-Capability to understand the business case, features, high-level architecture and benefits of Data Hub and general process of getting data into and out of the system.-Identify the various settings related to pipelines and wrappers.-Mandatory Experience in Migration from WFC to WFD-Hands on exp in using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, Data Migration Tool-List implementation tasks Describe mappings required for Dimensions to successfully deliver pay code-related data to Dimensions Data Hub-Recognize how to validate reporting data in Data Hub to ensure consistency between Dimensions and Data Hub and other Data Hub considerations such as role-level security, how to use the data dictionary, importing/exporting data, and transitioning customers to support.-Design and determine if a customer reporting need is best met by a Data view, standard report, modified standard report, or custom report.-Make modifications to standard reports and publish the resulting reports.-Create custom reports from scratch using BIRT Report Studio Implement computed columns in custom reports.-Navigate and leverage information found in the Data Dictionary
