Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow IT Service Management application development, providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Ensure the quality and integrity of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in ServiceNow IT Service Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions.

Solid grasp of software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information:
