Summary:As a Salesforce Technical Architecture Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce, leading the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Must To Have Skills:Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standards.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
