Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. This role requires a strong understanding of .Net Full Stack Development and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure software development best practices are followed and maintain code quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in software development. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure web applications.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
