Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAS Base & Macros, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAS-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAS Base & Macros.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, and SAS Data Integration Studio.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git and SVN.
- Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAS Base & Macros.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
