Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Design and develop applications based on business needs and technical specifications.

Lead and manage the application development team, providing technical guidance and support.

Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.

Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with database management systems, such as Oracle or MySQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with DevOps tools and practices.

Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
