Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and overseeing the application deployment process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

Oversee the application deployment process and ensure successful implementation.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.

Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.

Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical development tools and technologies.

Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies, such as RESTful APIs and data migration.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
