Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network operations and providing technical support to customers and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements.

Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Ensure the smooth functioning of network operations.

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date back office system data records. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Security Operations.

Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies.

Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with firewall management and configuration. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.

This position is based in Noida.
