Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Design and document new business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases.

Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs and ensure usability of new processes.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of new processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business process design.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business process management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business process management methodologies and frameworks.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

Experience in analyzing and designing business processes.

Strong understanding of process modeling and documentation techniques.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business process management.

Experience in conducting user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
