Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and providing guidance to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.

Ensure successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in security services.

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.

Strong understanding of security services and best practices.

Experience in leading and delivering security projects.

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

Familiarity with security technologies and tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of identity and access management principles.

Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
