Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions.- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.- Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ControlM Administration.- Strong understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting.- Experience with scripting languages for automation.- Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident and problem management.- Hands-on experience in system configuration and optimization.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
