Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the deployment plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Manage the execution of the deployment plan

Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between deployment-related activities

Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan

Ensure successful implementation of the deployment plan
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations

Experience with deployment planning and execution

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good To Have Skills:Experience with change management processes
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations

This position is based at our Kolkata office
