Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Java Standard Edition and utilizing your program and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Standard Edition-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development in the organization.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, utilizing your program and project management skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Standard Edition.

Good To Have Skills:Program and project management experience.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
