Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Standard Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Standard Edition.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously learning and growing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java Standard Edition and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information:
