Summary:As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Financials Cloud. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production support and enhancement requests

Should have experience in understanding the requirements, customizations and preparing functional documents.

Work with Technical/DBA/Oracle support team to validate development of Functional Requirements.

Should be able to build necessary Testing Documentation.

Work in US shift (9 PM IST to 6 AM IST)

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Financials Cloud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.
Professional & Technical Skills:

4+ years of work experience in Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Collections)

Experience supporting Business with Month-end close activities

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work directly with Users in business-friendly language.

Highly self-motivated and directed.

Keen attention to detail.

Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, SCM, and CX.

Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud architecture and data model.

Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud and other systems.

Experience in developing custom reports using Oracle Financials Cloud reporting tools.

Solid grasp of Oracle Financials Cloud security model and best practices.
Additional Information:

Needs to work in US hours (9 PM IST to 6 AM IST)

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
