Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day involves ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure adherence to operational requirements

Implement best practices for service delivery

Conduct regular performance evaluations
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)

Strong understanding of identity and access management operations

Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations

Experience in managing Active Directory services
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory

This position is based at our Chennai office

A 15 years full time education is required
