Summary:As an Application Support Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Application Packaging to provide a dynamic service and ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for SAP BTP Integration Suite and Application Packaging, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration, configuration, and deployment.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.

Participate in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. S/4 HANA implementation work experience.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Application Packaging.

Solid understanding of integration, configuration, and deployment of critical business systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration, configuration, and deployment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
