Summary:As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.

Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring quality and integrity of the system.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.

Good To Have Skills:Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.

Experience in designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data model.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
