Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates.

Create and maintain technical documentation for applications.

Coordinate with testing teams to ensure proper testing and quality assurance.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications.

Continuously improve application performance and scalability.

Train and onboard new team members.

Contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Knowledge of web services and API integration.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
