Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Provide technical support to clients and resolve network infrastructure issues.

Troubleshoot and diagnose network problems efficiently.

Collaborate with the team to enhance system performance.

Document network configurations and changes for future reference.

Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Solarwinds Administration.

Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.

Knowledge of switching and routing technologies.

Experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A Fulltime graduation with relevant skills and additional skills with switching and routing is required.
