Summary:As an UKG SME, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure Kronos, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in multiple modules of UKG- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely delivery of projects- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Kronos- Strong understanding of HRIS systems- Experience in application design and configuration- Knowledge of software development lifecycle- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Kronos.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
