     Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designAn area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements

    What are we looking for?
     Functional Skillset:1.Manage Complex Tickets and Allocate Tickets2.Conduct Video Calls with Users/Lawyers/IT/Vendors3.Perform Specific Tasks Related to System Upgrades/Reconfiguration/Improvements4.Oversee User TrainingTechnical Skillset:1.CRM Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM)2.CMS Tools (e.g., Sitecore)Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve complex system tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently and maintain detailed logs of issue resolution.
  • Conduct video calls with diverse stakeholders to provide support and solutions.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance user proficiency with CRM and CMS tools.
  • Oversee specific tasks associated with system upgrades and process improvements.Liaises with vendor on system upgrades (alongside IT) and reconfiguration and divides tasks with Advisors as neededOversees and updates the working processes for the team, to respond to KPIs and evolving system / user needsAdvises Head of / Manager on data protection across the systems, in conjunction with the firm s Data Protection Officers (DPOs), e.g. tracking data flows and updating disclaimersMain shift POC across M&BD Processes
    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
