Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure system functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Ensure seamless operation of critical business systems.

Implement system enhancements and upgrades.

Conduct root cause analysis for system issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Experience in system enhancements and upgrades.

Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
