You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure timely resolution of application issues and technical glitches.- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Qlik Sense.- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Knowledge of SQL and database management.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with data integration tools.- Experience in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense.- This position is based in Mumbai.- A 15 years full time education is required.
