Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure successful execution of projects

Lead and guide the team in software development activities

Identify and resolve technical issues

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements

Design and develop software solutions

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality

Conduct system testing and debugging

Implement best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Mentor and train junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration

Experience with IT service management and IT operations management

Strong understanding of Servicenow platform and its modules

Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell

Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of database management systems
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
