Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Python, applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client or project requirements.

Ensure software quality by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Python.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques.
