Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system or application.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Troubleshoot system or application problems and provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.

Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support.

Assist in the development and implementation of new features or enhancements to the system or application.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration.

Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture.

Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming.

Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.

Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager for database administration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
