Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop solutions that meet business needs.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Strong understanding of SAP GRC BusinessObjects.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Hands-on experience implementing various SAP GRC modules.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based in Gurugram.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
