Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the achievement of project goals and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs and projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Additional responsibility:Mentor and guide junior professionals in project management best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PostgreSQL Administration.

Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of PostgreSQL databases.

Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for PostgreSQL databases.

Experience with PostgreSQL replication and high availability solutions.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with MySQL Administration.

Recommendation:Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms such as Amazon RDS or Google Cloud SQL.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PostgreSQL Administration.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
