Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application architecture, and coding and testing applications to ensure their functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud applications based on business needs.

Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific application requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define application architecture and design.

Code, test, and debug Salesforce Service Cloud applications to ensure their functionality and performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices.

Assist in the deployment and migration of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Train end-users on the functionality and usage of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and components.

Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud integration with other systems.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and Aura framework.

Experience in Salesforce data modeling and management.

Solid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.

Strong Knowledge in LWC and strong integration knowledge

SOAP Integration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
