Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including working with developers, designers, and project managers.

Ensure that all applications are built to meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Java and related technologies.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
