We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.In this team, you will help in providing universal banking functionality to banks. With a focus on product strategy and a global market presence. This team will help in providing solutions to customers on industry-accepted platforms and Lead Product Managers to build an ecosystem of products and assets around these platforms namely Bancs, Finacle, Finastra, Pega, nCino.


What are we looking for?
Candidate will be working in our Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market verticals to help clients with their operations & investment portfolios. Candidate will be part of the Lending Operations team which prepares retail credit proposals, conducts pre-analysis, do dupe checks, data entry, customer point verifications (CPV), and review income documents in line with the client credit policy, procedures, and turnaround times. Candidate will be working on SBA Loans which is a debt-based funding arrangement between a business and a financial institution. In this role the expectation is to work on Loan preparation, setup, funding, documentation, collateral search.

Responsible to work on the Commercial Banking Loan Operations like Booking a new SBA loan in client system and validate the borrower and guarantor information through various means as highlighted in the procedural document.

Basic understanding of Banking on Loan processing / operations

Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards, which are well defined

Extract loan level information from the loan documents and update the loan booking systems with the procedures available

Validate the loan level information between the documents and the loan booking system for accuracy & compliance

Adhere to the policy guidelines and onboard the loan in the client system.

Complete UCC Search and Collateral Search as highlighted in the procedural document.

Organize the documents as per the manual

Process to gather all the necessary information to properly complete a loan closing package

Manage multiple Loan Servicing requests from client within the stringent timeline

Maintain turn around time and quality as per the agreed SLAs

Collateral & UCC monitoring

Boarding collaterals for new loans and linking collaterals for existing loans per

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor

In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks

The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
