What You Would Do In This Role :

- Help the team architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models including GenAI, for different client problems

- Develop functional aspects of Generative AI pipelines, such as information retrieval, storage techniques, and system optimizations across services for a chosen cloud platform such as Azure or AWS

- Interface with clients/account team to understand engineering/business problems and translate into analytics problems that shall deliver insights for action and operational improvements

- Consume data from multiple sources and present relevant information in a crisp and digestible manner that delivers valuable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Who Are We Looking For?

- 2-4 years' experience in data-driven techniques including exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing, machine learning to solve business problems

- Bachelor's/master's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

- Solid foundation in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms, GenAI, LLMs, RAG architecture and Lang chain frameworks

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL or Scala

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, as well as to engineer high-quality prompts

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or Databricks tools. Relevant certifications in Azure/ AWS are highly desirable

- Prior Insurance industry experience is preferred.
