Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Receivable Accounting

• Passing Receipt Entries for amounts received from customer and informing the same to sales team.
• Raising appropriate Debit Note and Credit Note to Customer for leasing of capital goods.
• Co-ordinating with sales team with respect to advances received from customers & outstanding overdue.
• Prepare ageing report for receivables.

Accounts Payable

• Booking of expenses after necessary approval
• Payment to vendors.
• Ledger reconciliation on periodical basis
• Making Foreign remittance against import and service.

TDS

• TDS and other statutory Payments.

Audit & Other Compliances

• Co-ordinating with auditors i.e., Statutory, Internal and Tax audit etc.

Qualification : Commerce Graduate / CA inter / Postgraduate / MBA.

Knowledge and Skills required.

1. Worked in company for minimum 7-10 years in Accounts and Finance.

2. Able to handle Receivables, Payables, TDS & TCS knowledge.

3. Coordination with Statutory, Internal & TAX auditor.

4. Should have excellent knowledge of working on Excel, Power Point and ERPs like Tally.
