Job Description
- Minimum 2years of exp in issuing credit note.
- Comfortable with Dwarka(Delhi) location.
- Need candidates from bcom finance, bba finance, any accounts/finance background.
- Prepare and process credit notes for customer returns, pricing discrepancies, or other adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies related to credit note issuance.
- Ensure proper documentation for each credit note and maintain clear records for audit and reference purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure proper adjustments and approvals are made.
- Monitor and track the volume of credit notes processed, ensuring all are recorded accurately.
- Assist in month-end closing processes related to credit note accounting.
- Support in generating regular reports related to credit notes and customer account adjustments.
