Yard Supervisors / Operation Coordinator

Qualification : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management / Related field.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Yard operations, inventory control, and HSE.
• Basic reporting and logistics tools.
• Communication and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities of Yard Supervisors / Operation Coordinator

Administer all yard related operations.

GRN and Invoicing:

1. Taking GRN in Tally for material import / local purchase.
2. Prepare invoice, waybills etc.
3. Maintain yard records in proper way.

Transportation:

1. Taking quote from transport and crane operators.
2. Supervise loading and un-loading.

Field visits:

1. Visit client site for inspection of material, given on leasing.
2. Prepare visit and inspection report.

Others:

1. Inventory control.
2. Stock verification, as and when required basis.
3. Co-ordinate for audit work.
4. Supervise material repair work.
5. Stacking of material per specification.
6. Share reports with management.

Health & Safety:

1. Safe practices to be followed for all yard operations.
2. Ensure zero accident in yard.
