Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application-related problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to end-users. With your expertise in network security implementation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and integrity of our systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems.

Provide technical support to end-users and assist with application-related inquiries.

Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the network.

Implement network security measures and protocols.

Assist in the design and implementation of network security solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Zscaler Architecture, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall.

Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Experience with network security tools and technologies.

Knowledge of firewall configurations and rule management.

Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention systems.

Understanding of VPN technologies and protocols.

Ability to analyze network traffic and identify potential security threats.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
