Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SD-WAN Operations. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams to ensure the efficient functioning of the systems.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SD-WAN Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of critical business systems.
- Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams to ensure the efficient functioning of the systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SD-WAN Operations.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, Zscaler Architecture, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.nan
