Key Responsibilities:Looking for a Kinaxis Technical Senior Analyst and the role requires individuals to:A.Lead the design of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response for Clients across various industries, sectors and geographies specifically in various areas of Supply Chain Planning (Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning).B.Provide functional and primarily Kinaxis tool expertise with an ability to Model and design solutions using the tool on a project which generally consists of 360degree stakeholder management viz. consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and clients employees.C.Be Actively involved in Gap Analysis and scope finalization meetings to finalize the Solutions Architecture and related deliverables.D.Indulge in Rapid Response system architecture design with deep understanding of the data models and DSMs, provide Inputs to Solution and Integration consultant, and guide the clients on technological best practices in the industry.E.Support Solution Consultant and Project manager by providing technical guidance throughout the configuration, testing and release of supply chain planning solution.F.Prepare detailed use case for performance evaluation of Kinaxis based solution.G.Provide guidance for Cutover and to Hypercare team on the Solutions design and configuration. Technical Experience:Skills we are looking (Must-Have):A.End to end understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, its data models and design to lead large projects as Solution architect.B.Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.C.Minimum 8 years total experience and at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect.D.Hands-on experience to configure the supply chain product and customize the solution as per clients Skills we are looking for (good-to-have): Professional Attributes:A.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verballyB.Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.C.Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
