Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Java Standard Edition. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Java Standard Edition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure smooth functioning of the applications by monitoring and maintaining the systems.

Document and maintain technical specifications, processes, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience in providing technical support to resolve issues within critical business systems.
