Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with SAP PO/PI & APIs Development and providing dynamic support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for SAP PO/PI & APIs Development, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Provide technical support for CPI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Participate in incident management and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of support services. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development & CPI Development.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Experience in incident management and problem management processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development & CPI Development.
