Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Java, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java.
