Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and provide guidance to the team.

Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of applications.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing SAP TM solutions.

Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP TM to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide optimal solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
