Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, developing application solutions, and testing and debugging applications. You will also provide support and troubleshooting for application issues, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop and maintain applications based on business requirements.

Analyze user needs and design efficient and scalable application solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Test and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Ensure application security and data integrity.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in application development.

Document application design, development, and maintenance processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Database Appliance.

Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture.

Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases.

Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Experience in database security and user management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
