Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to provide valuable insights and recommendations for the organization's improvement and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct research and gather data to support business analysis activities.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and gather feedback.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.

Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

Knowledge of process modeling and workflow management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
