Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and mentor junior professionals

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development

Strong understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite

Experience in developing and configuring software systems

Knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools in software development

Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development

This position is based at our Coimbatore office
