Summary:As an Application Developer in the Packaged Application Development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with various teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise to develop and enhance applications, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Develop and enhance applications, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Utilities Retail.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Utilities Retail.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
