Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision. You will also develop a business case to realize these opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead current state assessments to identify business value opportunities.- Define high-level customer requirements for business solutions.- Develop structures to realize identified opportunities.- Create a business case to achieve the defined vision.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infor WFM Workbrain.- Strong understanding of business process modeling.- Experience in business architecture frameworks.- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.- Hands-on experience in business process optimization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infor WFM Workbrain.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
